PowerPoint-ൽ DESIGN tab ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മുഴുവൻ slides-ലും നൽകിയ theme/design ഒരു slide-ൽ നിന്ന് മാറ്റി അതിനെ വേറൊരു look ആക്കാം. ഇതിന് സാധാരണയായി Background മാറ്റുകയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വേറൊരു layout ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യാം. താഴെ രണ്ട് പ്രധാന മാർഗങ്ങൾ കൊടുക്കുന്നു. മാർഗം 1: Slide-ന്റെ Background മാറ്റുക (സാധാരണ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന വഴി) PowerPoint തുറക്കുക. Design tab-ലേക്ക് പോകുക. Format Background എന്ന option click ചെയ്യുക. വലതുവശത്ത് Format Background panel തുറക്കും. ഇവിടെ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്നവ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാം: Solid Fill → ഒരു color മാത്രം Gradient Fill → gradient background Picture or Texture Fill → photo background നിങ്ങൾ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന color അല്ലെങ്കിൽ background തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക. ⚠️ പ്രധാനമായും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക: “Apply to All” click ചെയ്യരുത്. അത് click ചെയ്താൽ എല്ലാ slides-ലും background മാറും. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യാതെ ഈ slide-ൽ മാത്രം മാറ്റം വരും. മാർഗം 2: Slide-ന് വേറെ Design (Theme) കൊടുക്കുക Design tab-ലേക്ക് പോകുക.  2️⃣ Excel-ൽ Arabic Digits എങ്ങനെ Set ചെയ്യാം Excel-ൽ Word പോലെ direct Numeral option ഇല്ല . Excel സാധാരണയായി Windows Language / Region Settings അനുസരിച്ചാണ് digits കാണിക്കുന്നത്.  ✅ രീതി 1: മുഴുവൻ പേജിന്റെ background colour മാറ്റുക 📌 Word 2016 / 2019 / 2021 / Microsoft 365 ൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ Word document തുറക്കുക. മുകളിൽ ഉള്ള Design tab ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. വലത് ഭാഗത്ത് ഉള്ള Page Color ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള colour തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക. ➡️ അപ്പോൾ മുഴുവൻ പേജിന്റെയും background colour മാറും. 👉 കൂടുതൽ colours വേണമെങ്കിൽ: More Colors ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യാം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ Fill Effects (Gradient, Texture, Pattern, Picture background) 📌 Word 2010 ൽ Page Layout tab ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.
