PowerPoint-ൽ DESIGN tab ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മുഴുവൻ slides-ലും നൽകിയ theme/design ഒരു slide-ൽ നിന്ന് മാറ്റി അതിനെ വേറൊരു look ആക്കാം. ഇതിന് സാധാരണയായി Background മാറ്റുകയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വേറൊരു layout ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യാം. താഴെ രണ്ട് പ്രധാന മാർഗങ്ങൾ കൊടുക്കുന്നു. മാർഗം 1: Slide-ന്റെ Background മാറ്റുക (സാധാരണ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന വഴി) PowerPoint തുറക്കുക. Design tab-ലേക്ക് പോകുക. Format Background എന്ന option click ചെയ്യുക. വലതുവശത്ത് Format Background panel തുറക്കും. ഇവിടെ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്നവ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാം: Solid Fill → ഒരു color മാത്രം Gradient Fill → gradient background Picture or Texture Fill → photo background നിങ്ങൾ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന color അല്ലെങ്കിൽ background തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക. ⚠️ പ്രധാനമായും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക: “Apply to All” click ചെയ്യരുത്. അത് click ചെയ്താൽ എല്ലാ slides-ലും background മാറും. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യാതെ ഈ slide-ൽ മാത്രം മാറ്റം വരും. മാർഗം 2: Slide-ന് വേറെ Design (Theme) കൊടുക്കുക Design tab-ലേക്ക് പോകുക.
